We often have slight misgivings about sequels and remakes at the cinema. And often with due cause – take Dirty Dancing 2! That’s why we put so much time and passion into bringing out a new version of our best-seller, the courgette risotto with goat’s cheese. We had to start by raising the salaries of our leading star vegetables to get them to come back. Then we had to write an exciting new script, full of delicious tasty morsels. And last but not least, we entrusted the direction of this masterpiece to an incredible culinary chef. Our projections are for a great deal of popularity in a dining-room near you.
Because we didn’t believe it was possible, but it has to be said this risotto is even tastier than the ‘8 months’ version: probably thanks to the little grains of rice that give it even more texture.
Because there are only organic produce in this risotto, from zucchini to basilic. And if we’re proud of that fact, it’s in order to guarantee your child wholesome products that are environmentally-friendly: none of our ingredients have been mistreated with GMOs, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers during their rearing or cultivation.
Because in accordance with current EU legislation , our flexible sachet is free from bisphenol A and phthalates. And above all because it requires much shorter sterilization of the ingredients than conventional baby-food in jars – and that in turn means the flavours are preserved better !
Tips for preparation:
To enjoy at its best, we recommend re-heating the sachet for 1 minute in a pan of boiling water. Heat for 30 seconds @ 750 W (time should be adjusted according to the power of your oven). Stir and check temperature. It's ready!
