Ah risotto... it seems that none can rival our mum’s risotto. The rice should be cooked to perfection, the cheese should melt, and you need just the right amount of basil... Our chef has taken this culinary challenge seriously and we are rather proud of the result. Our mothers are too. That’s why we put together a pack of 4 courgette and goat’s cheese risotto dishes, so that you will never run out!
Who says children don’t like strong flavours such as goat’s cheese? It’s certainly not the case for our risotto, which is one of our bestsellers. And we must say that our chef has a “perfettamente” mastery of this Italian culinary classic.
Because in these little dishes, all our ingredients are organic. We’re passionate about it so that your little one can enjoy healthy products that are good for the planet, since all of our products are grown without GMOs, pesticides or other chemical fertilisers.
Because, in accordance with regulations, our flexible pouches are free from bisphenol A and phthalates. And above all, because they require a much shorter sterilisation process than dishes in glass jars, which means flavours are preserved right up to mealtime!
Although it’s a star ingredient in Mediterranean cuisine, the courgette is native to Central America, where it is said to have been domesticated almost 10,000 years ago! Green or sometimes yellow in colour, the courgette is in fact a squash that is picked very young, well before maturity, hence its name, meaning small squash in French. Contrary to popular belief, the courgette is in fact a fruit in the botanical sense of the word, as it contains the seeds of the plant!

A brief history of the courgette

Preparation:
For a really tasty meal, we recommend that you warm the sachet in a bain-marie for 1 minute. If you’re in a hurry, pour the contents of the sachet onto a plate or remove the cap and place it directly in the microwave. Heat for 30 seconds at 750W. Stir and check the temperature. It’s ready!
Store at room temperature before opening. Can be refrigerated for 24 hours after opening.
